I went in for an oil change at 11:48 and was out by 248. I waited three hours for an oil change. I was told that it wasn’t busy so I thought I would have enough time to get back up the hill and pick up my daughter on time for school. I had kindly told my service consultant about it and we both thought I should be fine but not when I’m waiting for 3hrs. I had requested my car for the first time to see what was going on why so long and service consultant said that it should be ready within the 15 to 20 minutes and it wasn’t until the second time I requested my car again. He went and look about another 15 minutes later to see what was going on, and him himself had to bring down my car and bring it out to me. And sad to say my car wasn’t even wash . I had to request for someone to at least wipe down the time that I came in from my window. I wasn’t going to drive off like that.
Michael Connor was very thorough and a professional. I will recommend Crown Lexus to anyone looking for a great service on their vehicle. I will be using Michael and Crown Lexus in the future.

Came in for 3 things:
1) pick up 2nd key
2) car stuttering every few minutes when parked & idling
3) only getting 20.1 mpg
Only thing resolved was 2nd key.
Mark was a pleasure to have as my advisor today. He over exceeded my expectations and was very helpful and he is a great representative of Lexus.
