I was asked to change the rear differential fluid today because as per the technician that service was refused the last time. I came home and checked the service report and bill from my previous visit. That particular service had infact been completed at my previous visit as well and I was charged $149 for it. I was needlessly asked to change my rear differential fluid again today and it cost me $149 for no reason. Denis S

Garrett is the excellence in customer care I except from any car dealership. Not only did he communicate every aspect of service my car needed. He connected me with Uber’s to and from home, and test drive my car before giving it to me. At that time he was not satisfied with the repair and returned the car back to the mechanic. Then, he asked to keep the car another day. Lastly, another Uber was called. Garrett protected me from a car mishap and insist quality from his mechanics. I very much appreciate this. Garrett is the best!!!

Paul was exceptional helpful and pleasant. I love going to Boch Honda because the service people are so helpful, upfront and professional. Paul was cheerful and helpful to everyone he was helping. He really impressed me with his professionalism. Great TeAm! The cashier was also just lovely to interact with as well.
