I’m truly offended by the immaturity, lack of understanding customer support & unprofessionalism of your service staff. Customers want to be heard, understood & want to trust the team responsible for your vehicle. A dime theses days is overlooked too much in society’s these days, but a vehicle is a HUGE dime. And I am for sure not finding I want one cent of my money to be spent at your place of business. I would be embarrassed, to say the least, if individuals such as yours were working at my company.
