As a new service customer I was very pleased to be welcomed into the professional Honda West facility. Despite bad weather today, the facility was plowed, walks shoveled and all areas treated with ice melt. Garrett was an excellent communicator, cordial and my car was ready when promised.

I genuinely appreciated that Amanda waived the charge of my tire rotation due to the computer taking a long time with the software update. I had to readjust plans due to it taking longer, and she was very kind. Also her personality genuinely made me feel warm and taken care of

Very disappointed. Vehicle will not start, this morning. Stranded, again. Bill did not want to listen to me, about details. Stated, tech will check it all out. Starter was not the problem. Most likely ignition switch is the problem.
