Kyle always handles my service needs very efficiently and effectively…and does an outstanding job of communicating with myself and my company’s LeasePlan group that manages our car fleet plan.
Service in releasing the car after completion for whatever reason resulted in myself seeing the car on the out lane just sitting there. Also found the temp plastic & paper on the seats was found in a ball in the backseat.
Jason was a pleasure to work with.
The shop was great! Got squeezed in and they fixed problem quickly and found that the battery needed to be replaced too! 100 percent satisfied

I waited almost 3 hours for my car. Never waited more than an hour before for same service. If they were running behind, that should have been communicated to me. Received a text when I first arrived saying if there was anything I needed while I was there to reply to the text. After waiting two hours, I replied to the text asking for an update on my vehicle. Never got a response. Why bother sending the text if replies are not going to be responded to? After almost three hours when my car was finally ready, no one even apologized for the extended wait. I understand things happen to cause delays, but the lack of communication and no apology for the extremely long wait time is inexcusable. After purchasing multiple cars there and always going there for service, I think it’s time to find somewhere else where they’ll value my business.
I waited for my Camry to be serviced under my Toyota Care contract - which normally takes an hour or an hour and a half at most, but this wait was double that: 3 hours! I signed for my 10:30 AM appointment via their website so I assumed appointments were spaced in intervals that would accommodate customers but that definitely wasn’t the case. A major disappointment!
Mr Nash explained the service to be done and presented options in a courteous and professional manner. Done deal.
I was told over the phone that my appointment would take 45 minutes. I went over my lunch break and it ended up taking over 2 1/2 hours
As usual, service was professional, courteous, friendly & finished within the time frame given.
The wait was a little longer than usual but still happy with the service
