Always feel comfortable taking my Toyota Avalons to Joseph Toyota for service.
The only issue was it took a really long time to service my vehicle .
3 hours for a simple routine appointment, not requiring any additional or unexpected repairs. This a shockingly long time and not the best way to retain customers.
I drive past another Toyota service department to get to yours.
All was good, but it did take quite a bit longer than normal.

You called me to set up an appointment. We agreed on a day a week and a half prior. You called to confirm the wrong day. I immediately called the service station to make sure I could get in that day due to my busy work schedule. Your guy said no problem we can do 3:30 instead of 4 but if I got there at 4 he would still make it work. I agreed to 3:30 since it seemed like that’s when they wanted me there. I showed up at 3:30. You checked me in. I waited in the waiting room for 1:15min. Your guy came into the waiting room and called my name. I thought my car was ready. Your guy said it’s ok you can sit down then continued to ask ME what service they were doing. After about a minute I thought to myself are they just starting my oil change now? An hour and 15 min after I arrived. Even when I came in early to accommodate your schedule??? So I got up and walk out and asked him if my car is just getting started now. He said yes. I asked him why it’s just getting started an hour and 15 min later. HE SAID “I forgot”. Blew me away! I own 2 businesses and had an appointment at 5:00 that I should have made easily if you did your job. Now I have to call my client and have them wait for me because you “forgot”. So there you go. That was my experience. It wasn’t until I put up a fuss in on the floor that I got approached with “what’s wrong”. If I wouldn’t have worn my feeling on my sleeve the service team would have done nothing to make it right.
I had an appointment at 10:30 for an oil change and got there early at 10:20. I waited until 1:00 and finally went out to find out why it was taking so long only to be told my car was done! Nobody came in the lounge to tell me, just kept me waiting! No apologies or anything. I won't be coming back to Joseph Toyota, will make the trek to Kings Toyota where I bought the vehicle. Please take me off your email and text list.

My service advisor Kyle was cold and not friendly at all. It seemed like he did not want to be there at all
