Came in for simple tire rotation. Was informed there was a software update needed when I checked in which I agreed to (assuming it would be a relatively quick thing and was told it shouldn’t take long). 90 min later I went to check on the status only to find that the update was just being finished up and they had yet to complete the tire rotation. I hadn’t planned on needing to allot 2.5 plus hrs for a pre scheduled visit for a minor routine maintenance item. Eventually I had to cancel the tire rotation so I didn’t miss a doctors appointment.
Joseph is just different in an old school core principle way! Never change!

I really appreciated the fact that the gentleman that gave me the notification that my car was ready also indicated that with the amount of driving that I did it was not necessary for me to come in as much as I have been coming in I do appreciate the service I always receive at your dealership.

We were told the vehicle would be ready in about an hour. Three hours later I was still in the waiting room. I went to see Jason Smith and it turns out he had been sent a message about my brakes by the mechanic and didn’t realize it. I guess that’s why they didn’t finish my car and pull it into the bay. He did give me a nice discount on the service because of the error. He was very apologetic and courteous. At our request, they installed an “update” on our navigation system. When I got home I tried it, and it still didn’t have my daughter’s street in the system. They have been living there over three years. Also tried a few newer streets in Harrison and they weren’t in the new GPS either. I’m wondering if we just paid a lot of money for the same old version we already had? Not pleased. Also the “maint required” light is still on. Did they even change the oil? This is the worst experience that we have had at this dealership.

Customer service is always excellent. I trust no one but Joseph Toyota to do anything under the hood. I am always satisfied.
I was really upset that it took 2.5 hours to change the oil, install 2 filters, I stall a new headlamp bulb and rotate the tires! I don't think I will be bringing n g my car back here again.
