A totally unfortunate event that led to calling the fire department ended up canceling my service that in itself is 100% understandable and okay. However, it has now been over a week and I have not been re-contacted to schedule my appointment for follow-up service
It was a pretty lazy job. The MPI video was a video of the floor. No one spoke. While I was waiting for the car service, I was contacted via text by some random person from Stapp with quotes for trading in our car. I never requested anything. The guy helping us really didn’t know anything about our car or how to answer any of our questions. It was a very bad experience. Not what we have come to expect from Stapp. He talked about our tires but didn’t know what brand we had and made no effort to find out. Just sat there silently. Okay..I guess we’re done. So we left.

I am selling the car to a friend since I am no longer driving. I bought the car at Longmont Toyota, which is now Stapp, and I have always had my car serviced in your shop. The service department is the best anywhere. They have taken very good care of me and my vehicle. I feel completely comfortable about selling my car to someone I care about. It will last years for them too. Thank you!

Service writer was excellent, and the problem was not her fault. When I called for the recall appointment, I was not advised when the appointment was made that they would have to order the part. I came out there for nothing

This service experience was a roller coaster. I was told all the parts had arrived last week and they could fix my car. Then was informed that was not the case. I had to bring the car back in today for a full day of repair. I got there at 7:10am so that I would have plenty of time to make it back to Broomfield by 8:00 because I had an important work call. Ximena arranged for an Uber and told me it would be there by 7:35. It never showed up. I went in to check and she informed me that Uber had cancelled the ride. I had to push to get a ride back to my house. I was thankful they were able to give me a ride in the shuttle but it made for a stressful morning. Communication could be greatly improved with the service experience.
