I made this appointment a week in advance. I had to wait 2.5 hours for a simple oil change. They told me they had to drill out a rusty bolt to remove the skid plate to change oil. They did not replace the bolt with a new one! I asked and they said they will make a note of it for replacing it next time. I was charged $85 for an oil change, online it said $69.95. Why make an appointment if I still have to wait 2.5 hours. Valvoline can do it in 20 minutes.
Jason was completely unprofessional when talking to me. When I first arrived he said "****" to me when asking if it was my first time at Toyota of Woburn.
He said the service would take about 2 hours to be done but, after 3 hours, when I asked him what was going on, he appeared to have no knowledge of anything regarding my car.
After that Jason called the manager and she said it would take 15 minutes to complete the services.
I decided to wait until someone call me then, but nobody dis it and after 1 hour I asked them again for what was going on and the maneger said there was nothing wrong in my car, even though there was a check engine light on and I wrote it down in the form when scheduling my appointment online and repeated the same explanation to Jason at the front desk.
When I asked her to show me my car again, she brought a different car that wasn't my and then we all realized that, after waiting for 5 yours, nobody took care of my car and NOTHING was done.
After that the manager asked me to leave my car there and take care of it at the next day. When ruturning to the store, Jason asked me if I was mad and I explained him what happened and he took my papers and he agressively threw my papers on someone else's table and left the front desk. Both of us, the other representative and I didn't understand what happened with him.
Considering Jason's mistakes, neglect and behavior, it was my first and last time trusting on Toyota of Woburn services.

Would rather talk to a service provider by phone rather than getting a text about needed repairs of $1500. Also when I bring car on for one simple thing, I don’t want the whole car checked out unless I ask you to. Seems like you’re trying to trick me into unnecessary and costly repairs.

Not happy with the service advisor telling my wife on checkout that the brakes are worn and need to be replaced when we just had a front and rear brake job done (rotors, pads) two days ago on the vehicle. When my wife told the service advisor that he meant the alignment was the issue, she told the advisor we had just had the alignment checked at Sullivan tire (with our lifetime alignment we have on the vehicle). Shame on Woburn Toyota trying to sell me and my wife services we don't need. My Highlander will be the last vehicle I buy at Woburn Toyota due to this deceitfulness. Going forward, I will use the rest of my maintenance plan up at Woburn Toyota and any other services due after the maintenance plan expires, we will be bringing the vehicle elsewhere.

The car has a leak and I requested identification and repair. I received a text the car was ready for pick up. When I arrived I was told they couldn't find the leak. The floor
Of my back seat is soaking wet. So there is obviously a problem. No attempt was made to find a solution
All good except when I got home and realized the valve stem caps on both drivers side wheels were missing
