Adam was great. However, I spend my entire day from 11:10am to approximately 4:45pm at your dealership watching the “new” technician struggle with replacing my rear brake pads and rotors…and also push a Prius into the service bay. I was compensated with a free oil change and $75 off an already marked up rear brake job on which I was quoted $550 for my time. On the invoice, I noticed a $30 misc fee and was told it was shop overhead for fluids and keeping the shop “going.” So I really was only discounted $45. I paid $601 for a rotation and rear brakes that were quoted at $550…really don’t see how I was compensated for a service that should have taken an ASE certified tech an hour and a half! I was calm and polite and wanted to leave so I did not argue the “compensation/discount.” However, my wife and I feel low-balled and are very dissatisfied with the so-called discount and service in general. The technician, when he brought my vehicle back into the vehicle check in area after a road test, did not offer an apology or state to me that my vehicle was all set. I purchased this vehicle from your dealership in 2019 and loved the experience so much that I brought my uncle and aunt in 2 months ago to purchase a 2022 Rav4…I steered them away from IRA. I have had my vehicle serviced at your location on several occasions as well. I am furious at the moment and WILL be leaving a Google as well as a Yelp review on my experience today. A visual of the invoice will be uploaded as well on social media. I can not in good faith have my vehicle serviced anymore with the Albrecht Group. FYI, Gary is awesome and went above and beyond to calm me down…he even offered me his wonton soup! Again, Adam was not the problem. Finally, I personally believe everyone should get the Jim Montgomery treatment while at the dealership! Yeah, coach was there today.
The fact that I wasn’t satisfied at all with
the service I had on January the 11th, 2023
Cause , a service I was scheduled two (2) weeks ahead
to have a State inspection & oil change on that date
above at 2:45pm . As matter of fact , I’ve been there
at 2:25pm . It was 5pm , no one ever either contact
or call me to give any updates regarding the vehicle
I decided to go downstairs at the service area to see
what’s going on , then by that time the gentleman
started to inform me that the only thing they’ve able
to get done was the oil change and note the State
Inspection because the machine was down . Quite
frankly, I was so frustrated, disappointed and even
so furious about this non sens and taboo he tried
to explain to me .
Up to now , I am still asking myself did they really change
the oil I was asking for to , just because I lost the
confident that the credibility wasn’t there .

I am dissatisfied since I waited over 2.5 hours for routine maintenance and found out after I left that service failed to change a simple filter nor asked for my approval when I was upstairs at your facility waiting. I came down at 5:30pm after a 3:15pm appointment which I was early arriving for to ask when my car was going to be ready only to find it just sitting there. I’ve called 3x and Aidan returned my call when I happened to be away from my phone Wednesday early evening. I replied to his voicemail and asked him to call me anytime today but he never did. I’m upset that I need to come back to have this service completed. I have a Sullivan Tire 4 blocks from my home that can change a filter and replenish fluids in an hour or less. I have always been satisfied with my treatment at Woburn Toyota and even referred my friend Sergio who bought a RAV 4 last year from WT. However, the last two service appointments took over two hours. The person helping Aidan said it was due to a shortage of help due to Covid. I sympathize with that, but then someone should have called to reschedule my appointment if you were that understaffed.
This is my second experience working with Richard Woolley. He is a lovely professional, very knowledgeable and helpful. Richard is fun and funny. He makes a usual mundane car experience fun. I look forward to seeing Richard again in the future. I hope his arm heals well.
