Rich provides the highest level of customer service possible. He is wonderful and caring and competent. He is one reason I keep coming back. He has been my service tech for 5 years and always takes care of me. Exceptional employee.

Brought in my car to get serviced and asked to have the wireless charge pad looked at because it's not charging. The technician said that the pad needs to be replaced because it was not charging. Made an appointment, part was ordered...brought in car to appointment today. Waited close to 3 hours for the car. The technician said that he tested for 15 minutes and it was working...no problem with the pad. I was adamant that there is a problem and I shouldn't have had to wait almost 3 hours for a 15 minute test. I stormed off angry explaining that the technician doesn't know his job. I was stopped by Chris Johnston as I was leaving and tried to explain that there is no problem. I showed him that the phone doesn't charge. He said my phone may be too big and tried his phone and same thing no charge. That's when he realized that they need to order a part that was supposed to be ordered last week when I first visited. He said that the part was not there. I was planning on bringing my other car in for service tomorrow morning but after today's experience I will not. I wasted half my day, took time off work for nonsense(a technician not doing his job properly). Awful experience!!!
Fabricio Fernandez is a very nice person. He has extremely good customer service and very gentle. I Appreciate his service and I appreciate Woburn Toyota personal.

Zero communication, no one returned phone calls. Still waiting for work to be done that was originally looked at in October.
I charged for Tire rotation. But they did not rotate my tire. I sent her pictures before and after Tire pictures. Service was awful. I was waiting 3 and half hours. I sent her email.she did not even email me back. I am a customer since 2007. I like to report in corporate too.
Aidan did a wonderful job taking care or my needs with my vehicle. He was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. Aidan is certainly an asset to you company.
