Brynn was great and very responsive to my questions. However, I’m frustrated that when I got home I realized that a service recommended and I said yes to was actually also JUST performed last visit in September and says it should be good every 50,000 miles. I feel I don’t get clear information on why things are recommended unless I ask and don’t feel like Woburn Toyota has my best interests front and center. I shouldn’t be recommended services I just had done last visit and if I am, I should be getting acknowledgement that it was just done but here’s why it’s needed again. I consistently feel my service record is not taken into account. I worry that my lack of knowledge and understanding of car service puts me at a disadvantage and thus paid for something 2 times in the span of 6months.

Brynn was awesome today, patient with my questions, explained things and gave great advice. She also took the time to go to my car and show me how to reset the clock. I had been trying to follow directions in manual without success. She certainly went above and beyond. Bravo Brynn!!

I also want to complement Kimberly, who is a supervisor in Toyota used certified. I’ve had a problem with getting proper gas mileage since I bought the vehicle from Lexington Toyota last year, and I took it to Woburn for a 2nd diagnostic. Unfortunately, Toyota is not able to help me with the mileage situation, but Kimberly was very very good to work with on the phone call and listened to my concerns

The overall experience was great, even though it seemed odd to have three guys circle my car to check my tires as soon as I arrived. They found a nail in the top of my tire. I assumed that tire inspection was done while my car was being serviced. It all ended well because I didn’t need a new tire after all. Not sure if Adam was the young man who did the paperwork inside. He was skilled and had a great personality. It’s always nice to work with someone like that.

I was not satisfied at all with Brynn. She could not even compute 10% of 128.00. she kept saying 1.09 and indicated I was lying.
