Jason was very helpful and able to keep me updated throughout the process, letting me know exactly what needed to be fixed, what needed to be brought in, and how the costs would be broken down. He had a pretty intense workload as there were many other customers getting repairs done on the same day as me, but I still felt like he personally assisted me. Very well done Jason!

I am extremely satisfied with the Service Department. Adam was most helpful. He presents very well and is extremely polite. I have honestly not met a Service Department such as this. Toyota did a great job with my car maintenance. My only problem was the wait time was too long. I came in from work, arrived there at 9:10am and didn’t get out until 12:30pm. It was quite a long wait. I also hope the car wadh service will return. It was a very good incentive. Many thanks for the ride while waiting. The staffs were fantastic. Thank you

Richard is an excellent service advisor. He is a pleasure to work with. I always have a great experience at the dealership because he clearly states expectations and accurate estimates for my family’s vehicles. The dealership overall is excellent. My vehicles when they need repairs are always fixed correctly the first time, extending the life of my vehicles thank you very much for everything.

LSAT 3 weeks my tire is flat and I change my all 4 tire and change filter engine oil every thing they charge me $1400 That’s ok and today I go regular service for my 30 thousand mile and again they charge me $215 i would like to ask about service last 3 weeks when I change the tire to do everything so what they do today to charge again $215 even not only that my appointment 2.15 but I been there little early but I am waiting 3.30 even I ask the people no body can respond what going on so lots of my friend I recommended to buy car from Woburn Toyota but no any more
