Took to long after car was completed to contact me. Car had been done 15 mins before i finally asked.
I don’t drive often, but I think one of the panels at the bottom of my car (2012 Prius) was not secured properly because it is now dragging and scraping every time I drive. I don’t know if it was loose and snow/ice messed it up more, but the panel is in constant contact with the ground. I’m concerned about debris getting in and possibly further damage. Disappointed with the outcome of the experience. I waited 2 hours to have someone bend my windshield wiper. I had thought a new wiper would have been covered under warranty.
I drop my Toyota Camry 2014 for oil change only. But why they did multifunction inspection for my car?? And they charged me $220 in miscellaneous charge title. they overcharged with me . I want the answer what is that miscellaneous charge in what what title?? I need refund because oil change supposed to be charge up to $70 . What is the hell they charged $220. I need answer of this question and I need refund
