Mechanic was good . Wish you had more than one on Saturday. But my wheel bareing was replaced in 2 hrs. I was in and out. I had the same thing done a few months ago and was disappointed because it cost me a $100 more.

Called in the morning tos see if they could fix my tire. They had the tire fixed within 30 minutes after I arrived. The personnel was friendly and helpful.

The individual who facilitated my check-in exhibited a lack of friendliness and informed me that my specific service request could not be accommodated, as they only had availability for an oil change. Despite having made an appointment and clearly outlining my service requirements, I was puzzled by their response. Without delay, they mentioned a charge for inspecting my vehicle. Their demeanor conveyed a reluctance to assist me.
Upon arrival, there was an employee who was stapling papers and after about 3 minutes of us waiting for someone to attend us, Alyssa finally stopped stapling her papers and asked how she could help us. We told her we were there for an oil change, but if they would be able to do a brake fluid exchange as well. She responded that “they only had time for the oil change”. She seemed to have a very dismissive attitude. Once the oil change was done, she let us know that the lifetime oil changes would no longer be valid, so next time we will be having to pay for it. After this experience, it is unlikely that I return.
Alyssa was on it!! She happened to be off on Tuesday, so she had a Zach or Cotton be our contact. I made contact with Zach at 1355 on Tuesday and he was to call me back. He never did, so at 1730 I had my husband call. He spoke with Cotton. Cotton told my husband that they had to charge her car battery for 3 hours, but that it was ready. Cotton was great! Also, the battery was just installed at the dealer on October 8, 2024.
Glad my truck is fixed now.

Kevin is one of the best individuals in a service department no matter what make of vehicle I have owned. He is genuinely interested in taking care of the customer. He will be the reason for repeat business as he is who sees the customer after the sell. It is not the fact you were sold a vehicle rather how you are taken care of after the sell. It is of my opinion he is indispensable to the dealership. Carl W
I was very impressed with Kevin. He explained things about my car no other service Person has, he told me about my tires numbers and what all they done, really wished he would be there longer. Thank you so much for the wonderful service
