Honestly a terrible experience. First off EXCELLENT people at the service desk when in person but they will fail to stay in touch with you unless you absolutely hound them regarding your vehicle. If you have anything important in the week DO NOT take your vehicle here for service unless it’s a quick oil change. I took my 06 Titan in for a replacement of the oil cooler gasket and oil sender in which they did not do a great job updating me on the process and even hung up on me over the phone, I had left a 1 star review as a result and the GM Matt contacted me and was very nice/helpful in adjusting the price of service as a result (they wanted to charge 800 for an oil cooler gasket and sender plus labor…look those up online and that’s an absurd price). Matt price matched the cost of another shop which was very appreciated however it took two days to get those parts in (that’s not a problem as they were up front about that) and on day 2 they started the work at 130pm, and still hadn’t gotten it done by close which is insane as doing those replacements on an 06 Titan is incredibly easy and should maybe take an hour tops and AGAIN I only received updates when I reached out whereas most shops I’ve been to will be the ones updating you. I am a contractor and not having my truck effects my work, so now having missed a half week of work due to something that is an easy peasy fix…I got a problem. So thanks Nissan.

They forgot to reset the oil settings 5000 miles. This is the third time they forget to reset. For the rest it was good, the front desk for service was very nice and friendly.
