Jacob is an employee I would put in charge to manage my company if I were the owner. I bought four new cars from Toyota Puyallup. He stood out from the rest from all the years that I have been here. From the moment I came in to the time I left, he treated me with courtesy. He updated me the progress. I noticed a minor detail at the end that needed to be taken care of in my vehicle, he dropped the work he was doing and came out to my vehicle. He had a mechanic came out to take care of it.

You all were amazing, thank you. The only suggestion I have is better transparency with the employee who issues service loaners. They made me sign paperwork before being able to see what car I had and review any preexisting damage. When I asked if this is the process he said yes sign here and here. He was much more concerned with my insurance which I provided. Then when we left to go to car he didn’t even walk me out to vehicle. However, the woman my husband spoke to was wonderful and he explained what happened and she shared that she would handle the matter. Thank you all for always being so helpful. I will never buy a car from anywhere else. Take good care!

We are not satisfied at all- we know we are being misled and lied to. We are highly considering our need to hire an attorney. When we worked with Jessica, everything was fine and we trusted her. As soon as we started communicating with Rich- all our red flags went off and now he’s lying to us and not fixing the issues. We are very upset

Jacob ROCKS. Somehow someone there missed placing my appointment down. I took time off work! Jason hooked me up! Not only did he get me in but my wait time seemed shorter than usual? NICE! Good answers to my questions as well. Jason= 5 stars

The employees at Toyota of Puyallup are top notch IMO. Jessica was super friendly in our interaction today. It is obvious to me that there is an expectation from owners/management in the way customers are treated at this dealership. It was refreshing to witness the excellent customer service throughout the Service Department as I was waiting for my vehicle today. Great Job!
