My truck has some sort of interior water leak and they were not able to work on that issue because it’s too cold outside. I was willing to leave it for 3 days but they said the weather didn’t allow for it. I am concerned about further damage until it can be brought back to the shop

I just purchased this TOYOTA CERTIFIED 2021 hylander hybrid and after an only a couple of highway drives getting up to 60-65 mph it was out of balance and uncomfortable to drive. The wheels were out of balance, shouldn't this have been corrected in your multi point inspection before you sold me the car? While your team in service are professional and polite they agreed, along with you finance department that this should have been taken care of before I bought it. I would like to speak to a manager or Tyra, who I left a message for yesterday to talk about this, and the added extended warranty that I was urged to purchase, which now after asking to take a look at what they showed us and not getting that opportunity yesterday, I'm feeling like a bit of bait and switch went on here when I first got the car.
