My vehicle was dropped off at 8:15am and service was approved by 10 am.
These were very simple procedures and my vehicle was not finished until after 5pm. I watched my vehicle get parked after it was completed and still waited 30 minutes to get my keys. I had to ask about the status for my keys to be provided to me. I was told that it must have been out as the last item on that technicians tasks. I specifically chose an early appt to try to get this done quickly. This is now multiple times I've gotten my vehicle slowly and much later than the quoted times.

I came in on Saturday for a routine oil change and a multi-point inspection. I checked in early and sat in the waiting room. After 15 minutes, Bret came up and said he’d been trying to call me and that my car was done. I thought, that was fast! I got up to sign the paperwork and he mistook me for someone else and almost gave me keys to a car that wasn’t mine! I thought it was weird that I had only been sitting for 15 minutes, he said as we were going through things that my car was almost brand new (it’s not - it’s a 2013) and when he asked me the mileage I was halfway through saying 90k and he said 15k. I finally caught that the paperwork belonged to a Kimberly. I waited another thirty minutes to get my actual car and sign paperwork that is mine. Come to discover now that I’m home that the multi-point inspection sheet STILL doesn’t belong to me. And last time they forget to do a multi-point when they replaced the battery and alternator. lol I just want to see if they see anything wrong with my car and the tread left on the tires! Grrrr.
Chance was kind, professional, didn’t try to upsell anything, and did confirm my accounts credits of 4 when we got there, was informative but didn’t push sales.
Andrea Carranza gave me great customer service . Andrea answered all questions I had an addressed me with any future suggestions on repairs just great customer service .
