I’m not sure who we should contact regarding the heated seat install. The results are not what we expected at all. When we agreed to add the heated seats my husband explicitly asked the sales associate if the installed seats would look like one of the other Corollas we test drove that did have heated seats. Unfortunately that is not at all what they look like. Where the buttons were installed they are off center and the holes weren’t smoothed out and so there is rough plastic around them. When we financed over 40k for a car, I think we expected more than to have the heated seats look like we bought them online and installed them ourselves. Not too mention there were two trash cans in the car, instead of just taking them off and set somewhere, they were just thrown onto the floor, along with what was inside them also getting spilled out and not picked up or put back to where they were originally. The car also smelled like oil when we got it back. We’re pretty disappointed that we spent extra money on something that we can’t use with the app, and to have it look like a cheap after market parts. I don’t even know what Toyota could do to make this right, it’s not like we can have you remove the seats and give us our money back without having to reinstall a brand new center console. We definitely expected a higher quality install and parts for the amount of money we paid for everything. Please reach out to Bryan ****-****-xxxx regarding this issue as the vehicle is his daily driver. Hopefully there is something Toyota can do to make this right.
