M wife brought in her car, and was told it would be an hour, it was closer to 2 hours, before she finally left with a loaner. When she went back to pick up her vehicle the next day she called ahead so her car would already be out front, you dismissed her, and when she got there she had to wait another 30 minutes. The whole time the attitude of the people, except for the first person that helped her, was as if they didn’t care at all. This is different then what we have experienced in the past, and we have been going to you for the last 20+ years! I don’t know if we will be back. It felt like the $ was so much more important than the customer.

Going to Toyota, of Puyallup was probably one of the best things I have done with my vehicles. They are so spot on, they don't drop the ball. When I was greeted, they took all my information. The tech at the desk walked me over to make sure that I made my connection with the next Phase, they took my truck, got me my loaner. Everything was first class and all I can say is i've dealt with other toyota dealerships, Puyallup is number one, and I'm not just saying that I can be very, very difficult and they made things so easy for me. So if you have a Toyota, trust me, I live in Kent. The drive was a little bit, but it was worth every mile. Great job guys.

Staff was very nice. The gentleman that checked me in was very kind and polite. While I could tell you guys were busy and backed up, the communication was appreciated. Nice waiting room too.

The service person had me pay for some else’s services ans told that the hub cup was broken, to go buy one they Toyota will reimbursed me. She confused me with someone else .

I had made my appointment I. Monday in person for Thursday at 330. I showed up and my appt wasn’t showing but they were able to get me in right away. I was in and out in less than an hour. Extremely happy with the staff and how they were able to help me
