When I went to get in my car after my oil change, the entire contents of my glove compartment was on the floorboard.
I understand that they have to check the cabin air filter, but nothing was returned to the glove compartment.

When our car was to be held overnight at Toyota of Puyallup, it was held for 3 days with no calls, no update. Nothing was communicated about whats currently going on and what was going to happen next. We were left wondering whats going on with the car. The only communication that was done was when they found a’bunch of issues that needed fixed and the agent called us about it, and a phone call saying it was ready to be picked up. When we went in today to pick it up it wasnt washed (Doesnt any service come with a free car wash?) or the driver side floor mat wasnt put back where it was initially located in the car. We appreciate everything that was done to the car but we would’ve liked to see more communication on whats going on and everything was to be left back to where it was.

Please note. Receipt (reviewed at home) indicated a free Brownbear car wash coupon. Was not given and I called and was told I could stop by and pick up. Means extra trip could have offered to mail it
Fast service and very friendly staff
I was quoted $279 for one thing and not given a quote for the rest of it. I was also told when I bought the car that regular services were covered. But then the cost was 716.00, more than twice what I was quoted. So I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. Deceptive business practices seem to be ever more prevalent with the current criminal president. But we do not have to frequent fraudulent businesses such as Toyota of Puyallup.
My vehicle was finished earlier then estimated. I appreciated that.

It was suggested I needed new wiper blades on front and back, when my husband just replaced them. I know they were perfect. It was also suggested I needed a few other things done that we have never done in the past with all the vehicles we have owned and purchased from Toyota
