It was suggested I needed new wiper blades on front and back, when my husband just replaced them. I know they were perfect. It was also suggested I needed a few other things done that we have never done in the past with all the vehicles we have owned and purchased from Toyota He was not the friendliest costumer service person

Unprofessional. Wanted to charge an extra $80 more than the quoted price (and the contract was sitting right in front of him). I would still like to know what my brakes were at before the replacement. Ive asked multiple times. Incredibly unprofessional.

I want to commend your employee Becca. She does a great job and her customer service is top notch; thanks for having such a great customer service rep to work with. Because of her excellent skills I will continue to call on Toyota of Puyallup for my Highlanders’ maintenance.

My car was violently shaking when I stopped 2 times on the light. I took car to dealership after 2.5 hours and 12 miles off road test they did not figured out what wrong with my car. Someone need to help me as soon as possible before I will get in to accident.

Recalls was not resolved and it is becoming to be a **** to the safety of my family. I don’t believe that Toyota hasn’t made any progress to resolve any of the recall safety for this model.

Izabella was great. She was cheerful , welcoming, under promised and over delivered. I recently retired but if I was still working I would definitely hire her to represent my company. I hope I am fortunate enough to have her as my service writer the next time I come in for service.
