You guys absolutely botched it. I paid an insane price to just get my rear wiper motor replaced. 750.00. And not only was it not done, but the plastic rear wiper arm replacement that I SUPPLIED, was snapped, put back into my trunk as if nothing was wrong, and then I was called and told my repair was complete. Absolute shambles. Idk what you all thought would happen but that is insane behavior. I now imhave to bring my 4runner all the way back so that this repair can be done correctly and my part needs to be re ordered. 750.00, and worse service than what you could expect at a pep boys. I will loudly advocate that everyone avoids Toyota of Pullyalup for any service going forward.
With a $175 complete electrical check it seems that they would have found two burned out license plate lights. ??

There was a delay with my vehicle and there was zero consideration for the time that it was delayed, I initiated called explaining that the rotor need work but was unsure if it needed to be replaced. On Saturday I was told that it did and they where ordering the part. What was failed to be explained was that the parts ordered would break causing further delay.
From our first encounter with Jessica to our pick up in the afternoon our experience with Toyota of Puyallup was great!

From the time I was notified my vehicle was ready to th time I was actually able to drive away was over 30 minutes. You need to get your front office to start working more efficiently.
