Jerrod is great. I came in for an oil change and I ended up spending $1370. Ouch. I know many of the things found on my vehicle were probably necessary but it becomes somewhat overwhelming. My friends & family keep asking me why do I continue going to the dealer that things are more expensive, but I do trust Vatland Honda.

Did not set the oil percentage back to 100%. It still reads 15%. This is an inconvenience! so now we have to bring the truck back in on our time. Use our gas to travel.. to Vatland Honda.

David was great. But I waited 4 hours for two recalls. After 4 hours they were unable to fix one of the recalls and I'm being told I will have to make another trip to dealership and wait another two hours. I'm still work! This is a Honda issue not dealership!

Excellent service, the dealership is very clean, everyone is very polite and professional. Being a senior female they never give me any pressure. Hope they stay on course.
