Jarrod is an asset to the Vatland team. He made sure we knew what to expect if it wasn’t warranty related. Thankfully it was and there were no out of pocket expenses to us. Trusting your service advisor is important. Jarrod has always been upfront and fair. Qualities you don’t always find in this industry.

Lon is excellent—totally knows his stuff, provided great and timely service and ANSWERED his phone when I called—which is so rare now. Cudos to Lon…I’m sure Vatland knows how fortunate they are to have Lon looking after their customers. Please share for extra Lon validation.
