I had an appointment with the GM side I arrived 25 minutes early. I was met with a service rep. He told me he couldn’t do my service as they were behind, he said he was sorry, he was going to call me? I have been a customer with my f150 for the past 10 years. I love 30 miles away to say the least I was upset. I went over to the Ford side, I was greeted by the friendly staff, explained what happened. They made room for me, gave me excellent service. You are the new kid on the lock, I’ll be very interested how you handle this before I find a new service center. I’m thinking the service center @ **** may be more dependable

Hard to make appointments, no one answers phone or returns messages left. 2 hours for an oil change is a long time to wait. Point inspection form not completed.
