Mr Gomez was the best man to handle this situation. He was very good when someone ordered the new transmission and when it was delivered it was the wrong one. It was supposed to be a 10 day job and ended up being 20 days. He did all he could to speed things up. We live in Apache Junction Arizona and had to stay close by. It was very nice they loaned us a truck to use. He kept us informed about how the truck transmission He even called us to see if everything was going that night we drove it home. Very very nice man. If I had a business and needed a man for work I’d hire him in a second.
Most important the mechanic was NOT Guadalupe, it was Nicholas Mojica. He gave the most impressive service possible! He went above and beyond! He helped with multiple choices on tire purchases. Your price couldn't be beat.
So I'm not just satisfied rather ecstatic with my new tires and Nicholas and **** FORD.

Had a great experience with **** ford multiple times. Only thing that would of been the extra mile is when they rotated my tires adjusted the air pressure from the front to the back to my towing preasure. Also did not get an updated sticker in the window with next oil change mileage. Junior at the service desk is always great and very professional. Thank you for servicing my truck.

My Ford warranty is expired due to age. Fortunately my aftermarket warranty took care of today's repairs. Ford was paid over $2,600 by the warranty company for issues that should never happen on a truck with just over 50k miles. I think Ford should step up in a case like this and absorb the customer's deductible. Especially since part of the repair required a resigned part--obviously due to a poor original design.
Junior is an excellent service advisor. He is knowledge and anything he doesn’t know, he asks the tech and follows thru by getting back to us. We wish all Ford garages had a junior type person working with the public.
Iam having problems getting warranty service, this is about the third time trying to get warranty service and being neglected
