My wife was there 3 hours. It doesn't take that long to change oil and tire routing. Then they lost the center of the tire cape.

We were promised the car at 2:30pm and the tires didn’t come in on time. They knew we were leaving on a trip. Had to arrange other transportation for our trip. Will not be able to pick up car until Monday or Tuesday when we get back
