In my 43 years of owning and servicing cars (I"m 60), I've never had a better experience than the one with Pearce. This is the third time I've had my car there and each time, he's been amazing to work with. His service is by far the best out of all the many dealers I've been in my lifetime (there's been many) Friendly, knowledgeable, follows up, responsible, intelligent...I could go on and on. If I had my own company, I'd want him to be running it!

I spoke with Keith’s supervisor, Ron and he is aware of the situation. However, in regards to Keith, he is overwhelmed apparently. He never seems to answer questions, always seems to give you the run around. Says he will call you back and never does and doesn’t give any answers regarding pricing, etc. Very disappointed in the service I have received or not received. I spent 50k for my vehicle and this is first real service I’ve been for then oil changes.

Service personnel were great.But I've bought my last Toyota. 12548 miles and PCS sensor shorted out.Had to pay hundred dollar deductible for extended warranty coverage. Toyota is not the car it used to be. Cost more and quality very poor.

Tina was great. Had an alignment done because the steering wheel was off alittle. Now the car pulls to the right. Never did before. New tires not goingbto last long. Need to get back in
