Had to wait in my car for 35 minutes before tech came to start my service. And I had an appointment at 2 and tech didn’t start my paperwork til 2:15. I arrived at 1:40pm. I am satisfied with my service I got, just didn’t understand why it took so long because I had a 2:00 appointment.
