I was told when I made the appointment to get my tire patched that it would take 30 minutes, which was a pleasant surprise to hear! I showed up at 10:30 on the dot for my appointment and they found the nail in the tire immediately and I got checked in and was told it would realistically take between 30 minutes to an hour. An hour and 15 minutes later (meanwhile I am sitting on the floor because all of the chairs are occupied by other customers) I go to locate my service guy and can’t find him so am handed over to the service manager who tells me my car was JUST taken back to the shop. I told him about the estimated times and that I was on a tight schedule and had I known that my vehicle hadn’t been taken back an hour AFTER I arrived I would have chosen to leave and reschedule my appointment (it was a slow leak that I could have fixed myself but chose not to.) He tried to argue that the time estimated for service should have been an hour, meanwhile my car wasn’t even seen for over an hour! I ended up checking out 2 hours after my scheduled appointment. 12:35 is when I left today. I love my Toyota vehicles but the service at Toyota has ALWAYS been lousy. Oh- and for my “patience” I was given a discount of $20. I would have gladly paid $20 to get out an hour and a half earlier than I did. My time is much more valuable than that.

Keith was great I just wish they could of fixed my Camry though now it’s a big decision whether to buy a new car or put another engine in my Camry I see all these Camrys that go well over 200 thousand miles I am kinda disappointed that mine did not make it?
