I really don't know if the 3 hours waited, just for an oil change, was the service agent's fault but management should look into. From personal experience and visiting other Toyota dealerships in this area, your wait time was the worst and it's a reflection on poor management. This is bad for business.
Y’all charge way to **** much ! 275.00 for an oil, tire, air filters and patch a tire highway robbery ! I get my diesel done for 150.00 for the same damn thing and put synthetic in it ! Will only by coming back when it’s a recall or warranty work so it cost Toyota ! The staff is great only nice this to say
My air conditioner was not running as it was before I came for the service. I came today 4/10/23 in the morning to report of something that I found in my car that was not put back. One of the staff walked up to my car and started resetting my car. And I asked what he was doing and he told me that it was showing maintenance required. And I told him he should not reset that it means something is wrong with the car that I just serviced last week (4/4/23). I have been servicing my car with Toyota and have not felt they way I did with this last service. I will need my car to be rechecked.
Sergio is a great communicator with myself and the warranty company. I could tell he was very attentive and conscientious navigating the service needed on my car. This was my first time to Clearwater Toyota and I will be back again Thank you Sergio.
The repair to the front suspension was excellent!!!
However, the skid plate was left off the vehicle and kept at the deslership.
The insulation around the radiator was torn off by the pressure washing by the detailer.
I always appreciate that you balance the tires Sarasota Toyota did not want to hear about it unless the steering wheel was shaking. I had to go there for 15000 miler maintenance when I had a hand injury
