Sergio was professional, courteous and efficient. He informed me of the estimated time the service would take. I decided tk stay and wait. He informed me when my vehicle was five minutes from being completed. When I came to see him the paper work had just arrived. He informed me of the service that was completed and got me on my way. The service took less time than estimated. I was impressed with Sergio and the process and intend to continue to have my vehicles seviced there.

Shannon was very knowledgeable and helpful. I felt that I understood what was going on the entire time I was at the dealership. I also felt that if I had any questions or concerns, I could address them with Shannon. When I first arrived I was anxious about my car and the issue I had, but after talking with Shannon I felt so much better. I had my truck in for warranty service. After waiting 1 hr and 45 minutes I was told that I would need to come back another day because the technicians shift was over. He was unable to finish the service before his shift had ended. This is the very first service of my new vehicle. I was than told that I would need to schedule the appointment myself. Wonderful customer service!!!
