I phoned in to Lake Charles Toyota in reference to a 5,000 mile notice that my Rav 4 needed servicing and was told that it needed a tire rotation.
Within 30 minutes I had an appointment and was out probably 30-45 minutes later, if that long!
They have great service and all are very helpful and friendly.
