I was confused with the process. When I made the appointment I was offered if I wanted a lease vehicle. I dropped off my vehicle with the expectation to get a lease vehicle (I don’t mind if I have to pay) and was told “we don’t do that here”. Getting to work that morning was more difficult and stressful. Additionally, my issue was not resolved. I was told that my issue was not the transmission. I work as a Master Mechanic and the only reason I went to Honda is because the van is still under warranty. The safety recalls were also not taken cared off on the 3 days that you guys had my car. I was told that parts had not arrived and when asked for a timeline, I was told that there is no way of knowing. Lastly, I would hope that the service reps would be held to a higher professional standard. When I arrived I walked to the nearest available rep and asked if this was the correct place to drop off my vehicle. The rep repeatedly said “hell yeah, hell yeah”. I was not offended, just seems very unprofessional from the start. Thank you for allowing me to provide feedback.

I don’t like your new computer system. It made me feel like the people working there did not care for my car or me as much as they did at Honda Huggins I felt like just a credit card.
