Drop my car off at 11 AM, was called to come pick it up. When I arrived, I was told that not only was my update not done. Neither was my oil change, washer, fluid or air in my tires. Was less than acceptable. If they were overbooked, should have told upon arrival and I would have rescheduled.

I had a complimentary coupon for a free oil change. I forgot to use it. Is there any way way possible I can use it on my next visit? I live 3 miles from my job so I do not put many miles on my CRV, so it might be awhile before I get to use it. Thank You.

My appointment for service was on a Saturday at 8:15am, my vehicle did not get worked on until Monday at 12:00 when the service rep texted me. My vehicle wasn’t done until after 4:00pm Monday and the service rep was going to deliver my vehicle after his shift was over with no explination on who would be responsible for damages if he got into an accident. I live about 45 min from the dealership. He also texted me after hours asking for my address when it should be on my service order paperwork (seems sketchy). When I finally received the service report via email, I saw the battery replacement, tire rotation, but nothing about the inspection for the auto restart. This was my first bad experience with Honda.

Terrible experience. Tristan needs additional training. I dropped off my vehicle at about 7:30am and by 12:30 nothing had been done to my vehicle. I had also received zero communication or updates. All the time my car spent sitting there waiting to have the passenger window diagnosed, the state inspection could have been completed. After I asked Tristan to only complete the state inspection, my vehicle was not ready for another two hours. Very poor client management.
