When I called I was told that the first available appointment for the diagnostic was Thursday at 8:45. To me this means that my car would be looked at Thursday morning and I would receive a call by 2 as to the status. I called Friday morning only to find out that there were no notes about my vehicle, meaning 24 hours later a you hadn’t even looked at it yet, and I would have to wait for my service advisor. Several hours later I get texts that they are in the middle of the test and I had to text for the status a few hours later followed by a phone call to get a response to see if I could pick it up. They wanted to run the test again Saturday morning. Saturday morning and no one calls me so around lunch I called to speak to the service manager and left him a message. About 2 hours later I got a text that I could pick up my vehicle. Picked up the vehicle and found a crack down the windshield but no video available from the intake. Service manager said he would look at the shop videos to see but that he thought it was from a chip that ran during the wash. He said he would call but never did. Very disappointed. My expectation is that if I have to make an appointment that is when my car gets looks at, not the next day, so I’m not without a car for any longer than necessary and that I hear back in a more timely manner than over 24 hours after dropping the car off. If I leave a message about poor service then I should get a response. Definitely my worst experience ever for car repairs/service.

Mike was the one who checked me in. I did not get any greeting at all. He questioned me several times about having been there before and did I really have an appt. He went to ask about my appt and came back saying to leave the keys in the car and he will have me sign the paper. I asked about wait time. Mike told me 1.75-2.0 hours. I told him that was unacceptable since I had an appt. He told me there were 20 cars ahead of me. I told him I didn't care. I made an appt and Honda should keep to the customers' schedules, as my time is valuable. 30 min later Mike told me they are moving my car up in line 1.75 hours later I was out of there. Ridiculous for an oil change with appt.
