Michael Wright is a great member of your team! He's very courteous and I'm very appreciative of him asking if I had any coupons. No one has ever asked me or bothered to look up if there were coupons on what I had done. Very nice of him to do that!! ????

Huggins Hoda was the dealership that I used to go to for my Honda and I expected the services to be the same or better. I had many experiences with this dealership. My last 2017 Accord was purchased from the dealership which had problems after problems but the services were always on point. Norms Reeves took over and the first time tried it out but somewhat the experience wasn't that great. The waiting was too long. After the oil change and tires balance/rotation, my floor board was dirty with black grease, and nothing else was inspected because my battery was dead the next day and I had to replace it, I topped all of the fluids too ....but I hope this input would help the management to step up with their games . Thanks

My primary concern is that it took me leaving my Passport for 2 overnights and then having to show up on the 3rd day in person to get the complete information on the diagnosis and the bill for the services. I'm not unhappy with the ultimate solution, but the lack of customer communication was very disappointing and unlike my long history with Huggins Honda. I'm hoping that this is not the start of a bad Also, the young woman who first answered the phone was not at all helpful prior to my having to show up in person.
