I felt like Mike was very condescending since I was a woman. I heard him speak to another customer (male) about things that came back after the multi-point inspection, and he asked him if he wanted to go through with the recommended services. When he discussed my services recommended after the multi-point inspection, he told me to speak it over with my significant other, as if I wouldn’t have been able to decide if I needed to have them done or not. He didn’t offer that same tidbit to the other customer, and I can only assume it was due to our genders. I have one more round of oil changes left on my MPP, after that, I will be going elsewhere.
