I asked one of the service reps about a recall notification. He reached out to Timothy Kellar who I presume was busy at the time. I was told that Mr Kellar would see me in 5 mins to answer my question. About 30mins later my car was ready I paid over the phone walked up and asked for Mr Kellar again. He was busy at the time. So I never got an answer to my question

Michael is great! Always courteous and provides excellent customer service. He takes special care of my car and me as customer. Communicates well and effectively. Answers all my questions and resolves any maintenance requests. I go to Honda because of the consistent great service I receive. Thank you. Great job!

Richard always provides superior service when I bring my car in for anything. He is very attentive to my questions and has excellent communication skills. I am very happy that he is my service advisor!

Michael keep me updated on the status of my vehicle and worked with me getting the absolute necessities fixed on my vehicle in order to get it inspected. He kept me a happy customer. I will be back to get the other items fixed that I declined because of my budget.
