Nathaniel was a great big help ! I was worried about my car and he kept me updated countless times and made my situation a bit more easier for me and a smoother process. Great customer service from him , will likely be always going back to him for any troubles I have with my car again ! Thank you again to all of Honda and Nathaniel for his great customer service !

Just wanted to provide feedback, no hard feelings by the words below! I won’t be coming back to y’all’s location for business moving forward. I came to y’all for an oil change, engine air filter, and Cabin air filter. General check-in, which could have been done at a Take 5 for a quarter of the price (just for context), and I didn’t get a good experience here. That said, I dropped $200 on the services above.. and here was my experience…. - it took close to 2 hours for me to get my car back. What is the genuine point of me booking an appointment if the “express” people are given priority? - very uncomfortable interactions with all employees (except Tristian) - I sat there for 20 minutes extra because nobody came to tell me my car was finished. I just got a text that I didn’t see because I was on the phone. Nobody told me that I would get a text.. especially when I watched SEVERAL other people get notified in person. - when leaving I was kinda just on my own and got lost/stuck in yalls back end of the lot. I felt very confused and had to ask for more help to leave. Just very frustrating experience all around, and it’s something I plan on sharing with others. I hope that my feedback is helpful so that way y’all don’t develop a reputation! This type of stuff was low-hanging fruit that hopefully isn’t common. Good luck!

When I was getting ready to leave I asked if they changed the 2 filters. The advisor said no so they had to take my vehicle back to service maintenance to get it replaced.

I'm sure the notes in the system can give a good story for you of why I am not satisfied. If not, please call me and I'll gladly fill in the details. Almost 2 months no car, over 2 weeks of it waiting on your dealership to fix the damage caused by the repair. No loaner vehicle offered ever, even after I brought it up, no vehicle. The communication at this dealership is the worst. Many days and weeks my car sat because right person at shop can't be reached and doesn't return calls. Over 7 years of doing business with this dealership including the purchase of my other vehicle and I'm scared to ever have a need to return.

Received a canned text and called and texted yesterday but no response. Text said my car was ready but I have my car waiting on Honda to decide how to handle a failure in drivers seat adjustment. It will be a week tomorrow. My number is ****-****-xxxx. I just want to know what is going on.
