Had an appointment and service person said it would be 2 1/2 hours on last Tuesday and to reschedule for today service was okay. Probably pass on the rest of my free oil changes and just get it done at our local oil change place…service department is less than desirable. Frank B

We were scheduled for service on Tuesday March 21st for a recall issue. We were told it would take the whole day. My wife took an Uber back at the end of the day only to be told after 5pm that the part wasn't ordered. They rescheduled us for the following Thursday. De'vante was awesome. He was polite and very apologetic. However, the experience was horrible, inconvenient and we wasted money on an Uber.

De’vante is the true employee of Norm Reeves Honda. He works on something until it’s solved. He has a very positive attitude. His customer service is excellent. I am happy to work with him.

De’vante did everything i didnt expect from a honda dealer. From never following up with me during the process to ignore my requests for uldates. He wasnt even the one to check my car in. Onece i left the dealer, almost 3 hours after checking in, my car started doing an awful noice on the road. I talked to de’vante on the phone amd he said that that was not his problem, without trying to understand what was happening. I brought the car back in for fix, turns out no one closed the lod under the car and it got crushed on the road. Terrible, awful, disgusting service. Never coming back to this place. I’m even willing to purchase a different car just to be able to go to a different dealer other than honda. De’vante is not the type of person i would like to be dealing with in the future
