My mother took the car to its service appt today at 7am. The tech told her they do not open at 7am and he’s not sure why they would have scheduled the appointment so early. My mom had explained what happened and they were able to accommodate her. The car was checked in at 720. She waited until 10:45 for the car to be completed. I think that’s a very long time to wait for a service appointment.

Sergio Ramos is extremely hostile and unprofessional. I had service appointment scheduled for over 2 months for hazardous recall and upon arrival the proper parts were not readily available. I had to take of 3 hours from work for the appt only for it to be a waste. Also, my hood was left popped open after my visit and when I called to inform them for safety reason, they were in denial that they had popped my hood. Just an overall disappointment and I would not consider purchasing from this location in the future.

Adrian always does an excellent job. He is very professional, he meets me at my car when I drive in and takes care of me immediately. He gets back to me regarding my car in a very timely fashion and always escorts me to my car when I pick it up. He is a great asset to your company.

Sergio was very friendly and professional. I can't say the same for whoever they lady was that came in to scold him about a service order regarding a car battery. She was snotty and unprofessional.Sergio handled the bad situation like a true professional and acted like nothing happened.
