I’m not 100% pleased with the customer service … My original appointment was scheduled for February 17th@12noon … my vehicle was kept until at the dealership until Friday February 21st in which I had to go pick it up because I wasn’t getting any answers … I missed 3 days of work and my vehicle was never worked on … I was very disappointed … my understanding was they were waiting on an approval because of my warranty … I paid approximately $1,200 to have the outside tire rod worked on back in 2024 approximately September … well I noticed the same noise in the same area and that was why I took it back … I kept getting the runaround on if it was going to be covered? When I picked up my vehicle that Friday (February 21st) Hailey said she was going to order the parts for it…I waited for a phone call from Hailey from Friday February 21st and since I did not hear back from her I called on Tuesday March 4th to follow up … Hailey then told me it would not be covered and that the part was in but they were waiting for one more part so she scheduled me to come in today (March 6th@12noon) … I had to pay $141 out-of-pocket in which I didn’t think was fair because if the outer rod was worked on why didn’t they check the inner tire rod? It just didn’t make sense … I needed my vehicle for work so I had no choice but to pay for it … I’m not hearing that noise so far and I was told by Hailey there’s a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty on the work that was done (inner tire rod). As I was leaving I asked customer service if they could schedule me for an oil change? The response was they would have to take my name and number and call me back at a later date … I didn’t understand that either (I couldn’t make an appointment). Not sure what’s going on at that Kia Elk Grove Dealership but these issues needs to be addressed. Thank you. Laura A
