Your 2 processes for approving paying with a check are broken. In both cases I was denied the ability to pay my service bill with my personal check. Yet, I wrote a personal check less than 2 years ago to pay the entire purchase price in cash for my Kia Sportage hybrid from this dealership. What’s wrong with this picture?
