I bought this Sportage from you a few months ago. So far I had to bring the extra key I bought and had programmed by you back because it was not programmed properly. Then I brought it in for 2 recalls and was told the coolant cap was lost when someone topped it off and I needed to come back for the replacement which I did today but was told you had the wrong part and I would need to come back once again!
I would appreciate a free oil change for all my time and gas that’s been wasted

I really loved this location. They told me everything they planned on doing during the service, the time was perfect. They had the car ready when they said it would be. It’s driving better than when I bought it. The customer service was really amazing and I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family.
Denise was kind, efficient and helpful.
His well done he was professional and I would have liked a full charge if possible and he said they washed the car but didn’t vacuum it’s in the little details

At checked in for diagnostic, it would have been nice to be told where in line I was. I had no idea of 1-2,2-3,or4-5 hours. If so I may have taken shuttle somewhere as it was i waited 5.5 hours. no one from shuttle ever came in to waiting room while I was there an asked if any needed a ride but i did leave and walked to deli and starbucks. Had to find them on my own.

Haley is truly an Angel!! She got my engine fixed even though the people it’s under warranty from tried not to pay for it. That’s insanely sad. She fought for me and got it done. It shouldn’t be this hard to get something fixed under warranty. Thank you Haley!!!
