I took my vehicle in on Thursday Feb 27th. I had an appointment at 9:45. I spoke with someone on the phone Feb 26th. I advised them the vehicle was overheating and I would like someone to take a look at it however I also would like the regular maintenance. The rwp stated they would look into why it was over heating and give me a call back after diagnostics were completed. The vehicle was dropped off Thursday morning. I called back Thursday afternoon as I did not receive communication regarding what was found during diagnosic. I was informed the water pump needed to be replaced as well as the belt as the belt was "cracking" as stated by the rep. I was informed a coolant replacement was recommended. I advised I agreed to a coolant replacement, a new waterpump, belt, regular maintenance including oil change, and transmission flush. I was quoted approximately 700ish dollars. I was informed the parts would be in Tuesday. I request a loaner vehicle, was informed none being issued out however my car would be made priority after parts came in. I called Wednesday morning, and was informed around 9:30am the parts just came in and the vehicle would be ready in the afternoon. I gave a call Wednesday afternoon around 2:30, and was informed the vehicle was not ready and would be ready Thursday lunch time. I reached out and called around 1:30 pm and was informed the tech was at lunch and I would get a call back. I reached back out via text at 3:30 in the afternoon Thursday as I had received no communication and followed up with a phone ccall.I was advised that the vehicle would be ready at 4:30pm. I went into the office, received a receipt that said $0 due. I inquired as I was previously quoted around 700 dollars. I was informed the water tank was covered under warranty, no other services took place. The belt which was described as "cracking" was not replaced. The oil, which was due to be changed, was not changed. The transmission flush did not take place. I inquired and they stated "oh well I spoke the the guy that dropped it off, Toni".. my boyfriend dropped it off on Thursday, his name is not Toni, and he is not the owner of the vehicle. He only dropped off the car. I spoke with a rep on Wednesday and informed them what services I wanted, and followed on Thursday about diagnostic and reiterated that I wanted the water pump and belt replaced as well as regular maintenance including oil change as well as a transmission flush. I was quoted a price and none of what was discussed took place. Now I have to bring the vehicle back on Tuesday March 11th to get everything that was supposed to be done completely. It's very frustrating that the vehicle was there for a week and what was agreed was not completed. I've already missed a Dr appointment that the soonest I could get in is April, I have another Dr appointment on Tuesday that I have to reschedule as I have to drop my vehicle off again. I have never experienced anything like this with Kia service before.

This Kia shop has been the only one servicing my Sorento since I purchased it. Took it in for oil change check brakes and recall Oil was done and no recall they didn’t do it but said to schedule it at a later times. My car was not washed and paid my bill and walked out

I mean this wholeheartedly… the customer service I received at your store could only have been better had a genie appeared and granted me 3 wishes. I felt noticed, important, and special. Not to mention completely satisfied. Whatever you're paying Reynaldo, it isn't enough. I'll almost certainly buy another Kia just because I know the Service Department is so damn good. Thank you again.

I must qualify my comment. Ray personally gave me great service. BUT …. I was told the rattle in my car…..which was there after my oil pressure switch was replaced…was from a cracked motor mount. So I paid $400 for the diagnostic visit ply the motor mount to be ordered. Today I took my car in to have the motor mount replaced. Motor mount was not broken!!! Rattle still there. They did some more looking and found the motor bolts needed to be tourqued!!! So I was charged $400 for nothing…the problem should have been solved at the diagnostic visit!!
