communication was clear and professional, keeping me informed throughout the
process. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right and
that I was completely satisfied. I truly appreciate his dedication and

It took an hour longer than they said it would, which is fine, but after two hours some sort of notification would've been nice. Also, when I went in they presented a quote that didn't account for the maintenance package. Doesn't make sense that I have to tell the service department that I bought the maintenance package from this very dealership each time I come in, so something there should probably be automated. Aside from those minor complaints, everyone there was very nice and pleasant, and I will continue coming here.

I had a great experience at Kia service department
Last year I bought 2 Forte's, last month i took one in for a service which included a tire rotation. The next day I noticed that my tires had not been rotated. I knew this because one of my tires has a blemish on it and it was still in the same spot. Today I took the other Forte in far a service and marked a tire. When I went to pick it up, the marked tire was in the same place as when I left it. As we were telling the service guy about it, he asked us to please move to the side and that someone was coming out to talk to us. The very next lady came up to the counter and said " I brought my car in for a service this morning and my tires were not rotated. So that's 3 cars that we know of that didn't get the tires rotated and it said on the paperwork that they had been rotated. The whole experience took way longer than it should have. It makes a person wonder, did they even change the oil and fulter??? Not a lot of confidence in your service department now.
It was a pleasure to work with Johnny. He was courteous, friendly & knowledgeable. I loved that!
Air flow valve repair was not made / were told to pick up car after it was there all day and problem not fixed / third time getting runaround, very frustrating!
The service department truly outdoes itself with painfully slow turnaround times, their lack of knowledge for what is required during kia service intervals, and a complete aversion to communication. Honestly, it’s impressive how consistently terrible the post-sale experience has been. Bravo, Kia!
