Just that I had an appointment at 10:30am for a Tranmission Service. I advised that I would be waiting. I was there until 3pm. When I brought it up, I was advised that my appointment saved my spot right after the walk in just before me. At check out I was advised that the evacuating tool was glitch in. Anastasia was great but I was not advised about the delay(s) in anyway. I may have made plans during that time had I been given the above mentioned info timely.

My car is covered under Kia warranty and it took 12 days to replace a battery ! I'm 79 years old and you kept my car for 12 days to replace a battery..It wasn't a pleasent experience...

Eduardo, and Visalia Kia in general, did not communicate with me regarding my car whatsoever. I left numerous voicemails that were never returned, and when I would get ahold of someone, I would be told they would call me back and that never happened. Additionally, Eduardo stopped working at Kia while my car was in the shop and no one communicated that with me; as with Eduardo, the new advisor never contacted me and left numerous voicemails unanswered. The complete lack of communication was very disheartening, especially considering the reason why I brought my car in. If I could have gone elsewhere, I would have. This was the worst experience I’ve had with Kia and I’ve had the car for 9 years.
Anastasia provided great customer service. She welcomed me right away and Car service was excellent. Would recommend this service place to others. Thanks!

I enjoy going to the dealership for service on my KIA because everyone is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. All my questions are always answered in a way that I can understand. I am also very appreciative of how my car runs after being serviced. I have never had to take it back for any reason. I am very satisfied with the quality of service I get at the KIA dealership.
My Kia service was substandard. Radiator reservoir cap was not installed correctly. Car started shooting liquid out when I drove out of town .opened hood and found the cap missing and coolant everywhere

I had to wait 2 hours after I was told the car would be ready. I’m glad all recalls and oil change was done on that appointment. I just would have like to been told that even the the shop would close at 2pm that I didn’t have to worry and not come back at 4pm when the car was actually ready. Thanks
The service was good, but there is one little thing that would add a benefit to your service department. Well maybe it is a big thing, you should go back to having service hours on the weekend for those of us that have to work Monday through Friday and only have the weekend to have service done on our vehicle. I have to take a day off during the week just to have my 2024 K5 serviced. I have to drive about 40 miles to your shope. So weekend hours would help the working guy keep his vehicle in top shape.
